Welcome to Shakti Taxi Services, owned and operated by Pooja. By booking, accessing, or using our taxi services, you (the “Customer”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made online, via phone call, or through WhatsApp.
• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and company confirmation.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop, and contact details at the time of booking.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance, duration, route, and selected vehicle type.
• Toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, and driver allowance are not included unless specified.
• Accepted payment modes include cash, UPI, and approved digital payment methods.
• Any usage beyond the agreed itinerary will be charged additionally.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be informed in advance through official communication channels.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and nature of the booking.
• No-show or last-minute cancellations may result in full booking charges.

4. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles are permitted only for the confirmed itinerary and agreed route.
• Any change in route, destination, or travel duration may incur additional charges.
• Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.

5. Driver & Vehicle Policy

• All drivers are licensed, trained, and required to follow traffic regulations.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Shakti Taxi Services reserves the right to change the vehicle or driver if operationally required.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or natural events.
• Additional waiting time or extended trip duration may result in extra charges.

7. Safety & Conduct

• Seat belts must be worn at all times where applicable.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
• Misbehavior with the driver may lead to immediate trip termination without refund.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Refund timelines depend on the payment method used.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shakti Taxi Services, owned by Pooja, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the booking.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
